Design Info
The lower ground floor of this Victorian house was completely reformed. A cramped and poorly configured three-room layout was demolished, creating a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
A striking architectural staircase, inspired by Robbert De Goede, acts as a focal point and divides the kitchen and living areas.
O&Co designed and crafted the elegant, modern kitchen with meticulous attention to detail. The impressive 5-meter island incorporates a hob with a pop-up table ventilation system, maintaining a clean and minimalist aesthetic. Carefully hand selected solid European Oak, form the beautiful continuous grain that flows seamlessly across the island's drawer fronts.
A stunning polished concrete floor runs throughout and a cloakroom, accessed by a discreet hidden door, completes the space.
From concept to completion, O&Co provided a full Interior Design and Project Management service, overseeing the build and crafting all bespoke joinery throughout the project.
